This is just a simple save file, you will start at the point in the mission “the pickup” right before you meet Jackie outside the meat plant (you have met Meredith and have the “cred chip”.)

Even though you are max level, not every perk is unlocked, this is intentional, the ones that are not unlocked are the ones like “cold blood” and “a certain buff for a specific amount of time” perks. You are given 500 perk points though, so you can get them if you want.

To install just copy the contents of the zip file into an existing save file that you have (preferably a quicksave or autosave, AKA a save you don’t really care about, and then load the save) Save file location is “C:\Users\(your username)\Saved Games\CD Projekt Red\Cyberpunk 2077”
