RED Cheat Menu includes all of your favorite Cheats, easily accessible via the Settings menu and fully compatible with MacOS (redscript-only). Includes ML translations for all supported languages.

Tons of cheats, primarily for Mac users. Does work a bit on Windows, but not all cheats are supported. For Windows, I recommend using the Simple Menu instead.
Installation instructions
– Install redscript (tutorial)
– Replace /engine/tools/inputloader.pl with fixed inputloader.pl (mac users only?)
– Optional but Recommended: Auto-Drive Fix for Mac
– Place REDCheatMenu.reds in your /r6/scripts folder
– Replace /r6/config/settings/options.json with the new options.json
