Jackie Companion – Save
Have you ever wanted Jackie to join you on quests in Night City? Well now he can…sort of!! Jackie follows you around everywhere and joins in on gun fights.
So this was a happy accident! As I was playing normally on “The Pickup” quest, I somehow clipped through the wall during combat. I managed to get outside of the All foods warehouse and was surprised to see that Jackie followed me! I saved right outside and thought it would be nice to share.
A few things I should point out.
- I haven’t completed any side quests or main quests other than getting to “The Pickup” quest.
- My character has no perks or attributes allocated so you are basically starting fresh.
- This was not done on purpose so you’ll be playing as my character, he’s a male V with a red mohawk. Not a freak by any means but hopefully you wont mind much.
- There are no vehicles or pedestrians from the save point. This is easily fixed by going to meet with Evelyn and Judy, after that quest all pedestrians and traffic appear again.
- You’ll only be able to do side quests within the lockdown area, unfortunately, but hey it’s still a fun time with Jackie hanging around to help out!
- He will disappear if you fast travel.
- If you would like to complete “The Pickup” quest, just go into the exit door of All Foods and come back out. Make sure that Jackie is outside of the warehouse.
This is my first time uploading a save file so I hope this works because I want others to enjoy some side quests with Jackie before “The Heist”. Let me know how things go and I’d love to see some photos of your adventures!
