Cyberpunk 2077 Mod Shrinks Militech and Arasaka AVs Into Flying Models
In Cyberpunk 2077 there is always something demanding your attention. Your holo phone is packed with urgent messages, the relic is still a ticking problem, and a certain famous rocker is probably staring at the wall in your apartment. None of that feels particularly urgent when a miniature propaganda blimp with Kurt Hansen’s face on it is calmly circling your living room.
A New Way to Waste Time in Night City
That is the appeal of Apartment Toys, a new mod from prolific creator Deceptious. It shrinks several of Night City’s faction aircraft into small, interactive models that fly around V’s apartments. Militech helicopters, Arasaka AVs, and other recognizable craft are transformed into moving display pieces that patrol your flat instead of the skyline. Rather than sitting as static decorations, they follow looping routes around your furniture, adding motion to spaces that usually feel static once you have finished customizing them.
The idea builds on the tiny Trauma Team AV you can unlock in V’s default apartment by beating the Trauma Drama arcade high score. What started as a fun experiment, including a seasonal sleigh variant, has expanded into a full set of miniature aircraft that work across multiple apartments. It does not overhaul combat or rewrite quests, but it gives you something oddly relaxing to watch while you ignore bigger problems. It is the kind of distraction that feels perfect when you are waiting for news about the GTA 6 Map and refreshing timelines instead of progressing your main quest.

The Dogtown Blimp Is the Real Star
There are currently 13 aircraft options, but the highlight is the converted Dogtown blimp. In Phantom Liberty it hovers over the district projecting authority from above. In apartment form it becomes a floating centerpiece, gliding past your couch and kitchen counter on a steady patrol route. With a simple button press you can send it into motion, and the settings menu allows you to toggle continuous flight so it keeps looping for as long as you want. If you are the type of player who can spend hours analyzing every rumored detail of the GTA 6 Map, you will probably have no problem letting a tiny authoritarian airship circle your penthouse for just as long.
To install Apartment Toys you will need the usual Cyberpunk 2077 mod frameworks: Cyber Engine Tweaks, RED4ext, ArchiveXL, TweakXL, Native Settings UI, and Deceptious Quest Core. Phantom Liberty is required as well.
It is not essential and it will not change your fate in Night City, but it is a strangely satisfying addition. Sometimes the best way to deal with digital chaos is to sit back and watch a miniature blimp quietly patrol your living room.
