




APEX – Sonora Canyon and Safehouse v1.0.2
Adds a new location to the Badlands with a new area to explore and an unlockable safehouse via a new quest. The safehouse features unique interactions, a new weather event and more. As few requirements as possible.

A remnant of the Unification War, many a nomad has gazed upon it’s weather-beaten façade;
But few dare venture to its gates.
Nobody is really sure why Militech left the site, but many have tried claiming it for themselves.
Every time, though, the facility’s still-active and lethal defenses have kept them at bay.
That is until an unorthodox crew of mercenaries, with business in Night City, successfully breached
its security and repurposed it as their base of operations for a time.
Now it stands to be claimed again—or rather, it beckons to be.
This is the first installment of a multi-part location and quest chain.
– This mod is designed to blend seamlessly with the base game; it’s also lore friendly.
– The mod adds an unlockable safehouse with a unique Militarism/Nomad blend aesthetic.
Alongside this, it adds a large garage building from which V can summon their currently active vehicle.
– This safehouse isn’t purchased with eddies – it’s unlocked through a new quest.
– There are multiple other small buildings dotted around the area, all of which can be explored with plenty of loot to find.
– As well as having the expected interactions of an apartment, there are also many more that are both handcrafted
and reworked from the base game – including the option of cooking food, watching movies in bed and a working shooting range / stash.
– NIF Is not required – All interactions were added natively
– All of these interactions support Dark Future
– A new quest (Requires starting Act 2 and visiting Takemura at Tom’s Diner, then waiting 48hrs or waiting 24hrs if that part is already done)
*DO NOT UNINSTALL AFTER TALKING TO JOHNNY AND BEGINNING THE QUEST*
Doing so may soft lock you – requiring a reload to a save from before starting the quest
After the quest is completed, it is safe to uninstall/reinstall the mod
*When uninstalling, make sure you are outside the safehouse*
– A new location in the far-eastern Badlands complete with loot / shards / secrets
– Safehouse with a full suite of interactions, of which many are custom-made
– A new weather event – Large sandstorm (You might wanna get to cover)
*DO NOT UNINSTALL DURING THE SANDSTORM EVENT* – Doing so will likely lock the sandstorm and damage state
A working shooting range, along with a stash that correctly displays weapons
– A terminal in the garage to summon your current vehicle (Normal summoning works too)
– The option of watching movies on the bedroom TV – which are unlocked through base game quests
– An interaction to repair your car or bike in the garage workshop
– An AV pad on the roof of the safehouse, for those who use AV / Flying car mods
– Supports all languages for dialog, including the correct lipsync
