Better Storm Visibilty
Increases visibility for all of the more extreme weather states… This affects “Foggy”, “Sandstorm”, “Pollution”, and “Toxic Rain” weather states… I only lowered the fog density and absorption, so it mostly maintains the vanilla look…
I mainly made this to combine with my Full Screen Vignette mod (mostly for the colored filters, especially the “Yellow Tint” version as it was a bit extreme in sandstorms/pollution)… But, of course, this can be used alone (and it is in the screenshots)… Keep in mind that this can slightly affect performance (may be better in some situations while worse in others)… It shouldn’t really make a noticeable difference, though, since the fog density/absorption values were only slightly lowered… Also, if you have Volumetric Fog disabled (with ini tweaks or something), this mod will likely make no difference at all, as that is the only thing it adjusts…
The difference is pretty subtle… I did this because I don’t want to change the “feel” of these storms (they’re meant to be extreme), I just wanted to be able to see a bit better…lol
Installation:
Extract to your main CP77 install folder
Uninstallation:
Delete the “0BetterStormVisibility.archive” file from your [CP77>archive>pc>mod] folder
Known Issues:
May conflict (partially or fully) with other weather mods… I don’t intend to fix any conflicts, so if it breaks another mod, uninstall one or the other…
