Answer: Due to your general settings, bugs or local lighting that affects the models albedo texture(texture without shadows), making them appear older, or bland without detail, facial animations can also make the model appear exaggerated. Note: This custom character may look worse at lower settings due to the addition of imperfections, blemishes added to the skin that could make the skin appear older/harsher at lower settings

Bugs: I’ve noticed that the cyberware slider sometimes freeze when ALT+Tabbing, adjust that slider first to prevent problems.
