Much less spread, especially for automatic weapons. No more automatic recoil recovery. More recoil for Power and Tech weapons. Makes shooting arguably more realistic.

Reminder on spread and recoil
Spread causes bullets to land in a circle around the targeted point. With high spread, shooting accurately is mainly a matter of luck.
Recoil causes the weapon to move, making it more difficult to target a specific point. With high recoil, shooting accurately is mainly a matter of skill.

What this mod does?
– Greatly reduces spread while hip firing and even more while aiming.
- These changes are very noticeable with automatic weapons, especially SMGs.
- For shotguns, decreasing spread increases the effective range in the same proportion (around 34% with this mod).
– Removes automatic recoil recovery and increases recoil for Power and Tech weapons. Recoil control is mandatory to be accurate.
– Reduces recoil for Smart weapons as their projectiles are much slower than bullets.

Weapon Skills are still useful, even more so than in the base game in my opinion.
