Just they forgot to add just a preset file to use instead of just the save file, so if you want to start fresh and use this alter appearance then here ya go!

Instructions:Download and/or open “CyberCAT-SimpleGUI” Save editor, load a save file, recommended to use the manual save file, location is in “C:\Users\Username\Saved Games\CD Projekt Red\Cyberpunk 2077Now load Appearance in the editor and load the file givenSave changes on manual save then load up your game,Enjoy!
