Perks Overhaul and FGR perks combined (All Presets Removes the visual bug when both mods used) and edited preset for stealth.

I don’t think I’ve seen a file here that has this so I just made it myself, this is my first ever kind-of-a-mod? if anyone has already, just ask me to remove and I will. That being said many people have said Perks Overhaul and FGR are incompatible, but there is guide released by Scissors123454321 on how to enable compatibility. That being said, there still may be incompatibilities with Unofficial Gameplay Patches and FGR, I haven’t noticed anything ‘Gameplay Breaking’, especially if you follow the mini fix below and download the file.

What I did though, is deleted the LMGMod Fix (Folder) entirely though, rather than setting to false.
I personally like playing stealth a lot, (Dishonoured and Hitman Fan) and love
Captain12’s stealth changes and coldblooded perks, but enjoy FGR’s other perks and
gameplay rebalances, so wanted to combine it for variety.

The compatibility has been done for all difficulty presets, simple just drag and drop into Cyberpunk
2077/bin/x64/plugins/cyber_engine_tweaks/mods/FGR/Config and override when
asked, be sure to use the files I’ve listed when changing difficulties in the
future, or you will be reverted back to FGR’s rebalancing of the perks, rather
than Perks Overhaul + FGR.

Uhhh, if I were to name the tweaked ‘Nightmare version’ it’d be called… Delusional? (Let me know if you want the original nightmare, I’ll simply upload that with just the Perks Overhaul and FGR integration.

Nightmare changes
Block hold is now completely removed, stealth in general is pretty flawed, if you’re playing on nightmare especially, stealth is more fun and tactical. The problem with FGR’s preset is, block hold is implemented, which means you can never really ‘knock out/kill’ most people stealthily, especially if they have the cybernetic, or are a higher level then you. A work around this is to kill them with a silencer, but that tips of the guards, another work around is Aerial knockout, but how do you do this indoors and in tight corridors?
Block hold has now been removed entirely, go stealthy chooms

Cyber Enemies Heal Cooldown changed from 60 to 70. (How often enemies heal.)
Boss difficulty has been changed from 2 to 2.3, bosses still feel somewhat underwhelming, so tuned it up a bit to compensate for the other nerfs
Armadillo armour mod is back to 20, since masochist is set to 15, nightmare is easier than masochist, so mods have been tuned up
Backpacker almost does nothing in gameplay, and has been set to 50 again from 20, carry weight is necessary for this game haha.
Backpacker stamina has been set to 40%, again doesn’t really make the gamer easier or harder, just removes the annoyance with mods like Sensible stamina.
Vanguard got buffed, its now 15, it being 5% is basically nothing in game, and is the same as masochist difficulty, so a bit mroe variety.
Tenacity has been doubled to 20%.
Zero drag is 35% now, 50 is too much, but 10% is relatively nothing, movement speed is not entirely that important in combat as being too fast isn’t great, but being too slow isn’t great either.
Healing item has been reduced from 30 seconds to 13.

This is done because most players will take a lot of damage already from nightmare settings/masochist, 30 seconds to heal is far too long especially when 30 seconds feels like 3 minutes in combat. Most people will literally hide behind cover for 30-60 seconds just to heal, this is quite boring.
MaxDoc1Heal was 50, it is now 45, making it harder early game for the amount of heals you get, but compensated for the time in combat to heal.
MaxDoc2Heal is 65 compared to 60.
Max Doc3Heal is 80 compared to 70.
Inhaler has been buffed from 40 to 50.
Drug duration changed from 15 to 40.

Stealth
Stealth and melee is a bit more rewarding.
Throwing Knife Damage is now 125% more damage compared to 100.
Silencer damage reduction has been removed, rewarding stealth.

Gorilla arms feel very underwhelming in nightmare, also buffed Mantis blades

XP and Gigs from Masochism and Nightmare share the same settings I’ve tweaked it a bit
XP for kills is now 6 from 5
Gig XP Multiplier is now 1.30 from 1.25
Gig money multiplier is now 1.35 from 1.25

The most important one, why the hell do Joy Toys cost less than a bottle of water? Come on now, they gotta eat too CDPR!
