E3 Cinematic trailer V – My choice
UPDATE: Found a hair color that suits more. Its more similar to the one used in the diner cinematic trailer and also looks pretty similar to the one in the E3. Its imposible to get a 100% similar color, because you cant compare a cinematic trailer to a game. But this one suits e3 V better.

Use the chestnut brown color.
Hair colors look more natural with ray tracing DISABLED. So, its a sacrifice you will have to make.
This is my attempt of the cinematic trailer e3 V. It combines some mods for skin, eyes and some modded assets for the hair, and scars, all of these you can find in nexusmods. All the credit goes to the people that made those mods really. I will leave their names and the mod link pages.

After you put all these mods in the patch folder inside game folder, select these presets in the character creation. (If you already have a save, its simple use a save editor or cheat engine to change the complexions in game)
Eyes: 11
Jaw: 4
Ears:4
Beard: OFF (this is important so the mod you downloaded earlier have effect and it selects the modded aspects)
Eyebrows: OFF (this is important so the mod you downloaded earlier have effect and it selects the modded aspects)
Haircolor: 1 (You can select a blonde one, but I dont like the blonde in the game. Also I didnt find any good natural hair mods so default color is what it is)
Leave all the rest to default.
I hope you like it. Also I hope for a good hair color mod that can make a more natural light brown hair.
