-fast travel to other cities before the watson lockdown is lifted
-3587 armor
-551 hp
-proficiencies maxed out
-knife/silenced gun build, will practically one shot anything in stealth/a single stab of the knife is also death.

Intelligence 10
Cool 20

my next and probably only update would be maxing all stats and perk beyond the game’s capabilities.
