Welcome to HD NPC Re-Texture Project 2077.
Constantly updated with new NPC’s.

The goal of this project is to upscale and improve many different NPC textures in Cyberpunk 2077. Using AI and manual adjustment in photo editing software, I am able to improve the textures of many favorite NPC characters by upscaling them to 4k. This only affects faces and clothing normal textures for now as I am unable to access any other textures.

Please leave requests for future characters to be adjusted, and please see optional files for future individual character overhauls.

Note: does not affect performance unless you have low VRAM.
