Removes background noise from inventory menu, pause menu and shard popup.

What does it do?
Crudely removes the extremely irritating, constant background noise from
inventory menu (backpack/map/etc),
pause menu (esc in-game)
shard popup window

Why?
Cause I can’t stand that background noise and other mods that did it were either outdated or broke the game in other ways.

What does it not do?
replace the background noise of the menus with any other sounds (it’s just quiet)
remove any other sounds from the game (…hopefully)
break anything else (…also hopefully)
