The Only fix for seams when using JB Third Person mod! And Get rid of your gray mesh too!

Eliminate TPP Seams!
JB Third Person mod is a great mod (and our only option for Third Person. Thanks CDPR!) but its far from perfect. Among other things, it leaves horrid seams between you neck, body, and arms! This mod will add a Colored version of the mesh used to hide seams in photo mode to your character when playing in TPP. No more seams!

Note: This mod will replace your weapon grip mesh so you must have either a Ballistic Coprocessor or Smart Link. This will NOT work with the Tyger Claw dermal imprint, or Johnny’s Tattoo. It is also Not compatible with any mod that alters or removes the Weapon Grip Device Mesh.
